PRIVACY POLICY AND CLAUSES.

The purpose of this statement is to inform users of the general Privacy and Personal Data Protection policy followed by Última Frontera. This Privacy Policy may vary depending on legislative or self-regulatory requirements, so users and/or customers are advised to review it periodically. It will be applicable if users and/or customers decide to fill out any form that collects personal data, without prejudice to the provisions of the "Privacy Clause" applicable to each specific form.

• Hosting: Dinahosting SL, with CIF B-15805419 and registered office at Rúa das Salvadas 41, baixo 15705 Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña). Company responsible for hosting the website and managing email processes.
• Messaging and newsletter services: Mailchimp, operated by The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp, a State of Georgia limited liability company. This company is located in the USA. An agreement was recently signed between the EU and the USA under the name Privacy Shield (EU-US Privacy Shield), and all companies covered by this agreement enjoy adequate protection, allowing international data transfers. Mailchimp is covered by the Privacy Shield, thereby complying with the security measures imposed by European legislation. Therefore, the user is aware and accepts that their personal data will be stored by Mailchimp for the purpose of subscribing to and sending electronic newsletters.
• Amadeus: Amadeus Spain, with CIF A-80929490 and registered office at the Iris building, 4-6 Ribera del Loira Street, third floor, 28042 Madrid (Spain). A company that manages airline reservations and other services in the travel and tourism sector. Amadeus Spain is wholly owned by the Amadeus IT Group.
• Insurance: ERGO SEGUROS DE VIAJE, Branch in Spain, with registered office at Avda. Isla Graciosa,1 28703 San Sebastián de los Reyes, (Madrid), authorized and regulated by the Bundesanstalt fur Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin), Graurhelndorfer Str. 108, 53117 Bonn (Germany) and by the General Directorate of Insurance and Pension Funds, of the Ministry of Economy of Spain.
• Competent Public Bodies, the Tax Agency, State Security Forces and Corps, Judges and Courts, when Última Frontera is legally required to provide them.
• In addition, Última Frontera collaborates with certain third-party service providers who must have access to your personal data and who process said data on behalf of and on behalf of Última Frontera as a result of their services. Specifically, and by way of example and not limitation, these providers provide services in the following sectors: logistics services, agencies, aviation, fraud prevention, legal consulting, multidisciplinary professional services firms, maintenance-related companies, technology service providers, and physical security companies.
