Through our electronic payment platform, you can securely make partial deposits or final payments for your trip. To make this transaction easier, we recommend following the instructions below:

• Please indicate “Name and Surname” as shown on your credit card.
• As “Payment Concept” you can indicate any information you want, but We recommend that you at least indicate the destination, and if you've already set it, the start date of the trip. You can enter a maximum of 124 characters.
• After making the payment, we will ask for confirmation. From that point, we will transfer control of the transaction to the bank. Please follow the steps indicated.
• To avoid any issues with your electronic payment, we recommend that all transactions be made at least 72 hours before your trip's start date.
