Do you see yourself organizing and leading groups of travelers as you explore the world? Are you one of those people always planning getaways and gathering friends for new experiences? Then this proposal is for you. At Última Frontera, we're looking for passionate Group Leaders eager to inspire, connect people, and experience travel in an active and transformative role.
What is a Group Leader?
This is the person who becomes the point of reference among the travel community and leads the organization of a group trip. This should not be confused with the role of a professional guide; they are simply dynamic men or women with excellent communication skills who, in addition to motivating people to travel with them, also play the role of a close, motivating, and decisive travel companion, leading the group, fostering a positive atmosphere, and ensuring that the experience is smooth, fun, and unique.
What profile are we looking for?
People with social skills, natural leadership, and contagious enthusiasm. Travelers who enjoy sharing and managing group experiences and who have the ability to convene and motivate a minimum number of participants (family, friends, followers, online community). Previous travel experience (personal or guided) is a plus, but not essential.
What responsibilities will you have?
Promote the trip among your community (with our support). Accompany the group throughout the experience, acting as a key figure. Energize the trip: create a positive atmosphere, mediate situations, and facilitate connection among participants. All of this is coordinated with our team before, during, and after the trip.

Your trip will be free or offered with a special discount, depending on the number of participants you manage to gather; training and advice on how to lead and promote experiences; legal coverage to organize your group trips, with the support and resources of a legally established travel agency with an operating license (CICMA 1197) and IATA recognition; visibility on our social media and website as part of the Última Frontera LEADERS team (link).
