I've been diving in the Revillagigedo Archipelago. It's the most remote dive site in the world, almost 700 km from the nearest coast. It's not a place you can go with just anyone, and I went with Última Frontera—that is, with the best. They take care of you, keep you informed, and make everything easy from the moment you arrive until you get home. From the start, you realize they know why they make every decision and that they do it because they've experienced it firsthand. They chose the Valentina, which seemed a bit old at first glance, but my opinion changed immediately. Comfortable, with excellent guides, a friendly and helpful crew, and I'm not exaggerating when I say I ate like I was in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
I've dived almost all over the world and have well over a thousand dives, so my advice about Revilla is: don't go! Let it remain pristine, untouched, and teeming with life. But if you don't heed my advice and go to one of the best dive sites in the world, perhaps the best, make no mistake and choose your tour organizer wisely.
